This list is what I like to call the Six Levels of Teamwork. When you look at this list and think about the team that you are a part of or supervise, which one(s) would you say your team does well? Which do you think you need to work on?

So what exactly does your teambuilding workshop look like?
Curious what these workshops will contain? Don’t worry, we won’t be spending hours in front of a whiteboard. That’s just boring, and won’t motivate your team at all. We also won’t be swinging from a cable 30 feet in the air on a high-ropes course. There are places available to do that, and yes, it’s extremely intense and may not be for the faint-of-heart. Even if that is what you want, you’ll have to travel to where they are – and who knows how safe their facilities are, right?
My workshops are fun and exciting… but before you jump on the phone to rent a van for your team, read this: I come to you! That’s right! I’m able to carry all of my supplies for my workshops in a car or on the plane.
I’ll facilitate your team through a set of intense games and strategic activities, and lead a quick brainstorming discussion after each one to examine how that activity applies to one or more of the Six Levels of Teamwork. Your team will actually do most of the talking. I simply steer the discussion in the direction you and I feel it needs to go!
